During our initial discussion with clients about senior management requirements, it sometimes becomes apparent that the answer is not to find a permanent, full-time employee, but to find an interim (and possibly part-time) manager with specific skills to address a current problem within the organisation.

Interim managers can work with a company on a month to month basis, or even 2/3 days per week and can be a cost-effective way of obtaining the required skills quickly.

While we can find suitable candidates through a search, we are also aware of several highly experienced individuals who are available immediately to work with companies. Recent interim appointments include Financial Directors, Sales Directors and HR Directors.
