On being awarded the project, we form an understanding of the industry, the company and the senior management requirements of the client, working closely with the client to develop the job and person specification.
Candidates with appropriate skills and experience may be found using our network of contacts and other research, or from targeted advertising. They are screened through phone interviews and in-depth face to face interviews, before forming a shortlist for the client. We organise subsequent interviews and assist with negotiations with successful candidates. As part of our ongoing commitment, we support the client and candidate following appointment to ensure successful transition into the role.
