Managing Directors/General Managers
£90 -150,000 plus incentives
We would welcome the opportunity to meet experienced business unit leaders seeking to apply their skills within medium sized businesses. This can include high growth, turnarounds and businesses backed by venture capital. Typical skills will be leadership, ensuring targets are met, short and long term planning and positioning the business for the future. Key sectors are manufacturing, B2B, high tech and distribution.
£70 -150,000 plus benefits
Our client base frequently generates vacancies for finance professionals willing to participate in the broader management of a business. Often supporting sales driven MD’s the roles require the ability to oversee the day to day accounting but also contribute to strategic planning, ensure that new business is profitable, contracts and liabilities are understood and that budgets and plans are delivered.
These roles tend to result in broad based finance careers which might lead onto a general management role.
£700-£1500 per day
The role of external NED’s is increasingly appreciated by our clients. We therefore have a growing demand from our SME clients for seasoned executives who would like to apply their skills in a non-executive role. You will need to appreciate the duties and responsibilities associated with being an ‘independent director’ and have the enthusiasm to ensure that corporate governance is followed in such entrepreneurial environments.
£400-£1000 per day
We are always interested in hearing from candidates in Kent, Surrey and Sussex willing to take short term interim roles in either finance or general management. Assignments are typically three or four months in length and can be on a part time basis. In many cases the cover is required at a point of change within the organisation.
